I'd really like to play some hockey with Ron MacLean. Maybe just some shinny, or pond hockey. I mean, Is he any good, or can he just skate? Does his witty repartee with Don Cherry translate into any playing ability? I could see him having some skills, or at least set me up with a mad pass. He's a ref. His eyes are open, and he should be an 'aware' player. He must have played in his youth, and he often does those spots on Hockey Night in Canada where they pass on some helpful playing tips.
Then again, I'd like to play hockey with anybody, all the time.
